WINDHOEK, 16 APR (NAMPA) - Swapo Party Secretary General, Sophia Shaningwa, has described the death of lawmaker and former Otjozondjupa governor James Uerikua as a painful loss, saying Namibia has been robbed of a visionary leader.
Shaningwa made the remarks during a memorial service held at the Parliament Gardens in Windhoek on Wednesday.
