Subsidised tertiary education drives enrolment increase: Ngurare

RUNDU, 16 APR (NAMPA) – Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare said making tertiary education more affordable has led to more students enrolling at institutions across the country, highlighting the impact of free tuition and registration.
He noted that student numbers at the University of Namibia (UNAM) Rundu Campus have increased to 3 397, up from 3 055 in 2025.
