Laos' inflation declines to 5.1 pct in January

VIENTIANE, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- Inflation in Laos dropped to 5.1 percent in January, down from 5.6 percent in December 2025, according to the latest report from the Lao Statistic Bureau. According to a report released by the bureau on Wednesday, the highest price rise in January was recorded in the goods and services category, which stood at 32.1 percent.
