MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - The Swedish Foreign Ministry has notified the Russian Embassy of restrictions on the movement of Russian diplomats within the EU, Russian Ambassador in Stockholm Sergey Belyaev told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.
