MOSCOW, January 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of the Rostec state corporation) and Indian state corporation Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) signed an agreement on Wednesday on joint activities to license the production of SJ-100 aircraft, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported.
