Earnings of S. Korea's SK hynix hit record high in 2025

SEOUL, Jan. 28 (Xinhua) -- Earnings of South Korea's chipmaker SK hynix hit a record high last year, driven by strong sales of memory chips used in generative artificial intelligence (AI) chipsets, the company said Wednesday. The company's revenue surged 46.8 percent from a year earlier to reach an all-time high of 97.15 trillion won (68.1 billion U.S. dollars) in 2025.
