WINDHOEK, 12 DEC (NAMPA) – Swapo Party representative Lukas Sinimbo Muha has been reappointed as Chairperson of the National Council, retaining the role he has held for the past five years.
The constituency councillor for Mankumpi Constituency in the Kavango West Region will be deputised by fellow Swapo representative Emma Tangi Muteka, who has been elected vice-chairperson. Muteka is the councillor for Windhoek West in the Khomas Region.
