WINDHOEK, 02 MAR (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture has spent more than N.dollars 38 million in consultancy fees for the upgrading of the Independence Stadium in Windhoek.
This was revealed by the Executive Director and Accounting Officer for Sport, Youth and National Service, Gerald Vries, in response to questions from Nampa.
