WINDHOEK, 24 FEB (NAMPA) – The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) has raised concern over what it characterises as an increasing centralisation of power within the Executive, cautioning that the trend risks eroding Namibia’s democratic foundations and weakening regional governance structures.
