Russia Proposes Launching Program to Equip CSTO Forces With Modern Russian Arms - Putin

BISHKEK, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - Russia has proposed launching a program to equip Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) forces with modern Russian weapons, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday. "We propose launching a large-scale program to equip collective forces with modern Russian weapons and equipment that have proven their effectiveness in actual military operations," Putin said during an expanded meeting of the CST......
