WINDHOEK, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN), Elsie Nghikembua on Wednesday night called on Namibians to collectively play their part in promoting voter education to ensure improved voter turnout.
Nghikembua made the remarks during a press briefing in Windhoek, where the ECN provided an update on the Regional Councils and Local Authority elections.
