WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - The Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections concluded successfully on Wednesday, with minimal challenges reported at most polling stations.
Voting commenced at 07h00 and ended at 21h00, with all registered voters present in the queues by 21h00 having cast their votes.
