MOSCOW, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - The Moscow Arbitration Court, following a petition of a Russian enterprise, has instituted bankruptcy proceedings against the Russian assets of the Polish oil concern Orlen, according to materials seen by RIA Novosti on Thursday.
