WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) has acknowledged the low voter turnout for the 2025 Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections, but urged the public to await the final results.

WINDHOEK, 04 June 2026 - The Roads Authority (RA) will install speed humps at selected locations along the B1 Western Bypass and a section of the A1 Road in the Khomas Region from Friday, following a rise in pedestrian-related crashes that have claimed lives on both routes.
