Lukashenko Says Multilateral Arms Control Mechanisms Collapsed, Or Became Ineffective

BISHKEK, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - Multilateral arms control mechanisms have been destroyed or have lost their effectiveness, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said on Thursday. "We are witnessing tectonic shifts in international relations. Multilateral arms control mechanisms have either completely collapsed or lost their effectiveness due to a lack of trust and confrontation," Lukashenko said at a restricted meeting of the CSTO summit......
