MOSCOW, November 27 (RIA Novosti) - US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told European allies that Washington wants a peace deal on Ukraine before agreeing to any security guarantees for Kiev, Politico reported. The report said Rubio also broadly mentioned a few other issues to be addressed after a deal.
