WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – The Martti Ahtisaari polling station in Windhoek’s Samora Machel Constituency recorded a low voter turnout Wednesday evening as rainfall kept many residents indoors.
Presiding officer Joseph Mvula urged community members, particularly the youth, to make use of the remaining voting hours and cast their ballots.
“I encourage young people to come and cast their votes; there is still time,” Mvula said.
