Putin, Japarov Sign Joint Statement Following Talks in Bishkek

BISHKEK, November 26 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov signed a joint statement on deepening the alliance and strategic partnership in a rapidly changing world following their talks in Bishkek. Putin is currently in Kyrgyzstan on a three-day state visit. The Russian leader is also scheduled to meet with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and attend the CSTO summit....
