RUNDU, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - Governor of the Kavango East Region, Hamunyera Hambyuka, and outgoing Rundu Mayor Gabriel Kanyanga were among the first residents to vote at the Government Hall polling station when voting commenced in Rundu on Wednesday.
