OSHAKATI, 26 NOV (NAMPA) - Oshana regional election officers at different polling stations have described the voting process as smooth, with no major challenges experienced thus far.
Presiding officer at the Hifikepunye Pohamba polling station in Ongwediva Constituency, Paulina Shapange, said they experienced a low turnout at the start, but is hopeful more voters will show up throughout the day.
