WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – Voters in the Moses ||Garoëb Constituency on Wednesday expressed satisfaction with the voting process, saying polling stations opened on time and operations have been running smoothly since 07h00.
When Nampa visited several polling venues early Wednesday, citizens were already queuing before sunrise, with some saying they spent the night near the polling stations to ensure they were among the first to vote.
