WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and First Gentleman Epaphras Denga Ndaitwah were among the first voters to cast their ballots at the Emma Hoogenhout Primary School polling station in the Windhoek West Constituency.
The President urged registered voters to participate in large numbers in Wednesday’s elections to determine the leaders of the local authorities and regional councils.
