WINDHOEK, 26 NOV (NAMPA) – Polling stations in the Tobias Hainyeko Constituency has recorded a smooth and fast election process in the ongoing Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections in Windhoek.
Presiding officer at Dr Frans Aupa Indongo Primary School polling station, Ngumekupe Uzera, told Nampa some community members arrived at around 05h00, adding that the process has been smooth and fast.
