OSHAKATI, 24 NOV(NAMPA)- Special voting in the Oshana region went smoothly at the Oshakati West police station, on Monday, despite minor challenges experienced.
Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) presiding officer Helena Nghishihange informed Nampa that: “So far, the process is going well. People are coming to vote, and everything is progressing.”
