OUTJO, 24 NOV (NAMPA)- The special elections for the 2025 Regional Council and Local Authority elections kicked off at a snail’s pace across the Khorixas, Outjo and Kamanjab constituencies in the Kunene Region on Monday.
Returning Officer for the Khorixas Constituency, Timotheus Aibeb, said voting had been slow as some polling officials are in Kamanjab to collect non-sensitive materials for the election.
