Hardap Region finalises election preparations despite vehicle shortage

MARIENTAL, 24 NOV (NAMPA) - The Hardap Region has completed most of its preparations for Wednesday’s regional councils and local authority elections, with the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) still working to secure the remaining vehicles needed for full deployment.
