OMUTHIYA, 24 NOV (NAMPA) -The Oshikoto Regional Council officially launched its Strategic Plan and Communication Strategy for the period 2025/26–2029/30 on Monday in Omuthiya.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Regional Officer, Christella Mwenyo, explained that the communication strategy is designed to strengthen transparency, foster meaningful engagement, and promote sustained collaboration between the Council and its diverse stakeholders.
