TSUMKWE, 24 NOV (NAMPA) - The special voting for the Regional Councils and Local Authorities elections on Monday kicked off on time at the Tsumkwe Secondary School’s polling station in the Tsumkwe Constituency.
The station’s presiding officer, Sydney Coma, said although the station opened on time, no voters had turned up by the time of the interview.
