WINDHOEK, 21 NOV (NAMPA) – Minister of Works and Transport Veikko Nekundi on Thursday inaugurated the upgraded Okapuka Road Traffic Checkpoint near Windhoek and simultaneously launched the annual festive season road safety campaign.
