WINDHOEK, 28 OCT (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs, Frans Kapofi, to oversee the portfolio of Industries, Mines and Energy on an interim basis.
A statement issued by the Presidency on Tuesday noted the Head of State made the appointment in accordance with Article 32(3)(i)(dd) of the Constitution.
