OPUWO, 28 OCT (NAMPA) – With 30 days before Namibians go to the polls to elect regional and local authority councillors, the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) in the Kunene Region has begun engaging stakeholders to share vital information to bolster election preparations.
