WINDHOEK, 27 OCT (NAMPA) – Namibia Post Limited (NamPost) has issued a public apology to social grant beneficiaries and stakeholders following disruptions experienced during the initial phase of the National Social Cash Grant payment and re-registration programme.
The apology comes after the launch of the new payment model on 13 October 2025, which saw many recipients facing delays and logistical challenges.
