OTJIWARONGO, 16 JUL (NAMPA) - A 20-year-old male Angolan national allegedly drowned on Tuesday morning while fishing in the Swakop Port Dam at Okahandja.

The Namibian Police Force (NamPol)'s head of community affairs in the Otjozondjupa Region, Senior Inspector Maureen Mbeha, told Nampa in an interview on Wednesday that the deceased was identified the same day by his close relatives as Manuel Nghileo Tuhungilwa.
