KEETMANSHOOP, 15 JUL (NAMPA) - Minister of Urban and Rural Development, James Sankwasa, said the persistent squabbles and disputes over traditional leadership succession not only prolong the filling of leadership vacancies, but also create unnecessary disunity and hold entire communities back from progressing.
