KATIMA MULILO, 15 JUL (NAMPA) – Two men were caught Monday night at Bukalo, while allegedly stealing copper wire belonging to the Northern Regional Electricity Distributor (NORED).
Namibian Police Force Head of Community Policing in the Zambezi Region, Chief Inspector Kisco Sitali informed Nampa on Tuesday that the arrest was made after a tip-off from community members.
