OMUTHYA, 14 JUL (NAMPA) - The Ministry of Information and Technology (MICT) in the Oshikoto Region has concluded its holiday computer classes which helps learners acquire basic digital literacy.
MICT Information Officer Hilma Hashange informed Nampa on Monday that the initiative targets children in rural areas who have no access to basic digital literacy and that 28 children from age nine participated in the short course.
