OSHAKATI, 16 JUL (NAMPA) – Newly appointed Oshana Governor Hofni Iipinge has issued a strong call for the impartial distribution of drought relief food, urging councillors in his region to ensure that assistance reaches all intended beneficiaries, irrespective of political affiliation.
