Ombudsman clarifies status of Angolan child street vendors

WINDHOEK, 14 MAY (NAMPA) – Ombudsman Advocate Basilius Dyakugha has said Angolan children selling handmade crafts in Namibian streets do not qualify as child labour, although his office is investigating their plight.
