OSHAKATI, 04 MAR (NAMPA) – Chairperson of the Oshana Regional Council, Abraham Kaushiweni has called for locally produced films to be taken to rural constituencies, saying communities in remote areas deserve equal access to homegrown content and creative opportunities.
