OTJIWARONGO, 01 SEP (NAMPA) – A 45-year-old livestock farmer was on Sunday arrested after he was allegedly found with 14 Bonsmara cattle which were reported missing from the Omantumba farm in the Hochfeld area of the Okahandja district.
