WINDHOEK, 29 SEP (NAMPA) – The Namibian Police have confirmed the death of a couple, after the man, 41, allegedly shot his girlfriend, 38, before turning the gun on himself.
According to Khomas police spokesperson, Senior Inspector Silas Shipandeni, the incident happened in the late hours of Monday into early Tuesday, between 00h00 and 01h00, in Freedom Land, Windhoek.
First responders reportedly arrived on the scene around 03h00 on Tuesday.
