Azerbaijan's gold exports up 28.7 pct in first 8 months

BAKU, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Azerbaijan exported gold worth 271.2 million U.S. dollars in January-August period, up 28.7 percent year on year, according to data released Tuesday by the country's Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Gold export revenue increased by 60.5 million dollars from the same period last year. Excluding non-monetary gold, Azerbaijan's non-oil exports rose by 17.6 percent year on year to 2.81 billio......
