SWAKOPMUND, 29 SEP (NAMPA) – The Swakopmund Rent Payers Movement has called for a comprehensive solution to the town’s housing shortage, accusing the municipality of failing to provide clear answers on how it intends to address a waiting list of more than 22 000 applicants.
