NCAMAGORO, 25 SEP (NAMPA) – Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Wenzel Kavaka has urged Namibia to fast-track efforts to meet its target of connecting more than 90% of the country by 2030, saying connectivity has become a necessity.
