OPUWO, 18 AUG (NAMPA) – The Okapara Primary School in the Epupa Constituency was officially inaugurated on Monday, providing improved educational facilities for 68 learners from the surrounding community.
The school was constructed at a cost of N$2.3 million through the support of Project Okaoko and Mega Fishing Company.
The learners commute from home to school daily, as the school has no hostel facilities.
