NKURENKURU, 11 AUG (NAMPA) – Poor and unreliable network coverage is undermining healthcare delivery in Kavango West, the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) heard on Monday during its engagement with stakeholders in the region.
