WINDHOEK, 17 AUG (NAMPA) – Zambia’s general elections were largely well organised and transparent during polling on Thursday, but the European Union Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) has identified delays, overcrowding and continued barriers to participation, particularly for women and persons with disabilities.
