LUGANSK, August 6 (RIA Novosti) - Over 60% of the territory of the Lugansk (Luhansk) People’s Republic (LPR) remain contaminated with explosive objects left in the region due to combat actions, LPR ombudswoman Anna Soroka said on Thursday.
