OPUWO, 06 AUG (NAMPA) - Twenty-four houses completed under the Mass Housing Development Programme (MHDP) have been handed over to beneficiaries at Opuwo in the Kunene Region.
Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa during the handover on Thursday said the completion of the houses demonstrates government’s commitment to addressing the country’s housing needs.
