WINDHOEK, 06 AUG (NAMPA) - President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah on Thursday directed State-owned enterprises (SOEs) to shift from planning to implementation, saying their success would be measured by their contribution to economic growth, job creation and improved service delivery rather than reports and board resolutions.
